How much does shipping cost?

For shipments within the U.S. we offer service via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item(s) in your order and the carrier method you chose during the checkout process.

When you reach the Shipment Summary page of the checkout process, you will need to select UPS from the <Please Select a Carrier> drop down menu.

Once you select UPS, you will see the <Please Select a Carrier Method> drop down menu. You will see a list of methods (typically - Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 DAY Select or Next Day Air) and the corresponding fee for each method.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the U.S.?

For shipments outisde the continental U.S.A we offer service via the US Postal Service (USPS). This includes shipments to foreign countries as well as shipments to US Military APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.

International shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item(s) in your order, the dimensions of the package, and the carrier method you choose. When you reach the Shipment Summary page of the checkout process, you will need to select USPS from the <Please Select a Carrier> drop down menu.

Once you select USPS, you will see the <Please Select a Carrier Method> drop down menu. You will see a list of methods available for this package and the corresponding fee for each method.

Below are approximate transit times for each USPS international service you may be offered. Not all services are available for all countries and/or package sizes. Please understand that these are TRANSIT times only. We cannot predict how long it will take for your package to clear customs in your country.

First Class Mail International (for small packages under 4 lbs.):   8 - 12 Days

IMPORTANT: Note that only Express and Priority Mail services are trackable. If you choose the less expensive First Class Mail International, we will not be able to provide a tracking number for you and there is no way to determine the location of your package once it leaves the U.S. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee delivery for items sent via First Class Mail International and if your package does not arrive, it it will be up to you to file a claim with the U.S. Postal Service.

For packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and APO adresses, you will be offered Domestic USPS Priority Mail Service only.

How long will it take to get my order?

Below are conservative estimates of the number of business days it typically takes to deliver your order within the Continental U.S. For orders placed very close to the December holidays, we are usually able to compact this schedule a bit by making every effort to get them shipped within a few hours of receipt. The rest of the year, please refer to the estimates below.

Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in your expected delivery time.

UPS Ground:

Typically arrives within 7 business days (3-5 business days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time). Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in the delivery time.

UPS 3-DAY Select:

Arrives by the end of the 3rd Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 1 PM EST on Monday for 3-DAY Service should arrive no later than Friday. (3 days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time). Most often, we are able to ship 3-DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 4 days is a typical wait for a 3-Day shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. 3-Day orders placed on Friday before 1 pm EST will arrive Wednesday.

UPS 2nd DAY Air:

Arrives by the end of the 2nd Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 1 PM EST on Monday for 2-DAY Service should arrive no later than Thursday. (2 days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time). Most often, we are able to ship 2-DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 3 days is a typical wait for a 2-Day shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. 2-Day orders placed on Friday before 1 pm EST will arrive Tuesday.

UPS Next Day Air:

Arrives by the end of the Next Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 1 PM EST on a Monday for NEXT DAY Service should arrive no later than Wednesday. (Includes 1-2-day processing time and 1 day in transit). Most often, we are able to ship NEXT DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 1-2 days is a typical wait for a NEXT DAY shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Next Day orders placed on Friday before 1 pm EST will arrive Monday.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

UPS, our primary carrier, does not ship to P.O. boxes. So be sure that you include a valid street address with your order. If a P.O. Box is your only delivery option, we can ship your order via the US Postal Service. However, please call us at 1-877-KID-COOL (543-2665) or 1-734-668-1887 (outside the U.S.) and place your order by phone to ensure that your order ships via this method.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing a link to our order tracking page. Should you wish to know the status of your shipped order, you can click on this link to see your order details. To find the current shipment status, click on Track. This page will provide you with information regarding the current location of your Oliebollen order. If your package has been shipped, you will see the Shipping Carrier’s tracking number. You may then click to visit the shipper's site and obtain up-to-date status. If you are experiencing an extra-long wait for your order, please email us at service@oliebollen.com.

Another way to track your order is to simply return to our site, log in to your account (enter e-mail address and password) and select View Order Status and History. You will be presented with a list of orders. Click the Track button next to the order you want to view. This page will provide you with information regarding the current location of your Oliebollen order. If your package has been shipped, you will see the Shipping Carrier’s tracking number. You may then click to visit the shipper's site and obtain up-to-date status.
